Fila is a sportswear manufacturer that designs shoes and apparel founded by Ettore and Giansevero Fila in 1911 in Biella, Piedmont, Italy. In 2003, it was sold to United States-based Sports Brand International. And subsequently, in 2007, Fila Korea acquired the brand.

There’s not much difference between the two silhouettes except perhaps for the more vibrant shades available for the modern version compared to the more muted colors of the 90s kicks. The materials were also upgraded for better comfort and fit, but not much else was changed.
